Cezars kitchen welcomes you to PayPAMS!

This convenient service enables you to:

  • Monitor all your account purchases
  • Check you account balance daily
  • Set up an automatic e-mail reminder when your account funds reach a certain amount

How to Register:

  1. Go to PayPAMS.com/Japan
  2. Click "Register Now"
  3. Create a username and password and enter your contact information
  4. Add children to your account

Note: before you begin the registration process, have your child's meal account ID handy. If you do not have the meal account ID, ask your child or call the school cafeteria.

Helpful Tips when Registering

  1. Username: Create a unique username. If the system indicates that the username is taken, select a different username.
  2. Meal Account Balance and Cafeteria Purchases: It will take up to one (1) day before balances and cafeteria purchases information for new registrants can be displayed.
  3. Forgot Password: If you previously registered with PAMS but forgot your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the home page of PayPAMS.com. If the Forgot Password link does not work, contact customer support from the eContact Usf page. Do not register again. Note: passwords are case sensitive.

How to use PayPAMS

After registration, click on the navigation menu on top of the page to view your childfs meal account balance, receive low balance email reminders, or view a report of daily spending and cafeteria purchases.

Helpful Tips for Using PayPAMS.com

  1. Email Notifications: Make sure that your email account does not block emails from customerservice@paypams.com.
  2. Cafeteria Purchases: for questions regarding purchases at the cafeteria, contact the school cafeteria directly. Student Activity is only displayed from the day the student was added to PAMS. Data is available for 90 days.
  3. Internet Browsers: PAMS easily integrates with most standard internet web browsers, including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Netscape. For MAC computers we recommend using the Safari browser.

Payments

There are three ways to submit payments:

  1. Via bank transfer: visit guidelines.
  2. Via credit card/Pay Pal payment: www.cezarsjapan.com/NewSchoolmealplanpaymentform.asp
  3. At the cafeteria: cash payments can be made in your cafeteria from 8:00-11AM and 1.30-4.30 PM.
