As part of Cezars Kitchen Advisory Team, Dori Coetzee holds the position of Nutritional Adviser. The Nutritional Adviser promotes healthy eating and well-being.
Responsibilities include:
- Review lunch menus and recipes for nutritional balance. This is like architecture, just like a building, food has function but it has to look and taste good as well.
- Publish monthly nutritional articles on Cezars Kitchen website. Learn something new and challenge yourself through these monthly articles.
- Respond to emails relating to nutrition and wellness. Go Ahead: Ask her questions about how to apply well-being to your daily life through email.
- Promote and educate the Food of the Month program at each school. Watch for this monthly publication on some fantastic foods, with recipes, pictures and ways to apply your new knowledge.

Dori holds a Master's Degree in Nutrition and Education and is a Registered Dietitian as well. She holds a passion for bringing the world of science and healthy living into practice for the general public. She enjoys staying fit through participating in triathlons, running events and preparing wholesome food.
