Ginger root nutrition facts

The unique spicy flavor of ginger come from Gingerol, Shogaol, and Zingerone, and they help our health.

  • Gingerol

It is one of the hot ingredients contained in raw ginger.

It has a strong bactericidal effect and is also expected to have the effect of suppressing the growth of cancer cells.

It promotes blood circulation and warms the body, but it also cools the body over time, so it is also recommended to have some when you feel a cold coming on.

It also has the effect of reducing upset stomach and headache.

  • Shogaol

Shogaol and the fragmented molecule zingerone are produced when fresh ginger is heated or cooked. A recently synthesized azagingerol analogue increases metabolism in mice and may reduce the risk of obesity-associated diseases.

  • Zingerone

As with Shogaol, it is an ingredient made by heating and drying gingerol.

It promotes metabolism, burns fat, and works to sweat.
